Using this service

Sanyog lets you create and manage matrimonial profiles. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate.

Your account

• You sign in with a one-time code sent to your registered mobile number. Keep access to that number secure.
• You are responsible for the activity that takes place in your account.
• One account may hold several profiles, for example for a brother or a sister, provided you have their consent.

Profiles and content

• You must have the right to upload every photo and document you add to a profile.
• Profiles must describe real people and contain truthful information.
• We may remove a profile that is misleading, impersonates someone, or contains unlawful or offensive content.

Payments

Activating a new profile requires a one-time payment. The amount payable, including applicable taxes, is shown in full before you confirm.

A profile is activated only after the payment is confirmed. If a payment fails, no amount is charged and you can try again from your dashboard.

Refunds

Activation payments are non-refundable once a profile has been activated, except where the law requires otherwise or where a payment was taken in error.

Editing and deleting

You can edit an activated profile at any time without paying again. Deleting a profile is permanent and cannot be undone; the activation payment is not refunded.

Limits of the service

We provide a place to create, hold and share matrimonial profiles. We do not verify the accuracy of the information in another person’s profile, and we do not arrange or guarantee any match. Please use your own judgement before acting on anything you see here.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you before it takes effect.
